Her most recent role was CEO and Managing Director of Beadell Resources, an ASX-listed gold producer acquired by Great Panther Mining in March 2019.  Current non-executive director roles include TSX/NYSE-listed First Majestic Silver, TSX-listed Altius Minerals and ASX-listed Matador Mining.  Her cumulative experience of 13 years on public company boards spans nine issuers working in varied jurisdictions, on several commodities, and at all stages of project development and operations.

Prior to the role at Beadell, Dr Adshead-Bell was Director of Mining Research at Sun Valley Gold LLC, a global precious metals fund.  Before that she was Managing Director Investment Banking at Haywood Securities, where she advised on 20 public transactions, including streaming, mergers, acquisitions, divestures and particpated in raising C$1.8 billion in equity financings.  Her early career included sell-side equity research and specialist geology consulting. 

Dr Adshead-Bell is currently Director of Cupel Advisory Corp., a company she established to focus on investments in the natural resource sector, to provide strategic advisory services to issuers, and assist natural resource funds evaluate equity and debt investments.
