Nora has over 15 years of experience in the mining sector. Prior to joining Nebari, Nora was General Counsel of Boart Longyear, a global drilling services and products company, and a partner at several international and boutique law firms.
Nora has substantial experience in M&A and capital market transactions in the mining and metals sectors, having served as lead counsel on a number of notable global mining transactions.
Nora is a licensed attorney, with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah.
