William has 25 years of banking experience focused on Corporate Finance to Natural Resources companies across Capital Structuring Advisory, Acquisition financing, Bonds, Loans transactions in both Developed and Emerging Markets.
William has been providing capital structuring advice to the worlds largest Metals and Mining companies for several decades and can offer perspectives on optimal capital structures as well as ESG strategies
