White Rock Minerals is an exploration and development company based in the historic gold mining centre of Ballarat in Victoria, Australia. White Rock’s project portfolio includes three projects (in Alaska and Australia (New South Wales and Victoria)), and with exposure to gold, silver and zinc.
White Rock has just joined the gold producers club with production commencing from its high-grade Morning Star gold mine - part of its Woods Point Gold project - in Victoria. The Morning Star Gold Mine historically produced >800,000 ounces at >26g/t gold. The mine is enveloped by WRM's exploration tenements covering 660km2 of the prolific Walhalla-Woods Point goldfield which has yielded >5M ozs to date.
White Rock also has a district-scale 860km2 project in Alaska - Red Mountain - which includes both silver-rich zinc VMS (with a JORC Resource of over 20Mt) and a large IRGS gold target.
And finally, WRM is in a free-carried exploration JV with ASX-listed Thomson Resources, to advance WRM's Mt Carrington gold and silver and base metals project in NSW. This asset also has JORC resources for gold and silver, and a JORC gold reserve, along with a PFS and on granted mining lease.
