Imagine Lithium

Imagine is a junior mining exploration company focused on seeking and acquiring world-class mineral projects. The company holds the Jackpot lithium property located in the Georgia Lake area about 140 km NNE of Thunder Bay, Ontario, which is approximately 12 km by road from the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 11), and is in proximity to important infrastructure such as power, railroads, and ports. The Jackpot property hosts a NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate of 3.1 Mt at 0.85% Li2O in the Indicated category and 5.3 Mt at 0.91% Li2O in the Inferred category. The resources are near surface and contained within two conceptual open pits, the Jackpot Pit (3.1 Mt @ 0.85% Indicated; 2.2 Mt @ 0.82% Inferred) and the Casino Royale Pit (3.1 Mt @ 1.00% Inferred). The lithium resources are hosted by a swarm of stacked pegmatite dikes that are east-west trending and shallow dipping to the north. The Casino Royale Pit is to date defined by only 8 drill holes over a 200 m strike and remains open for expansion in all directions. Imagine intersected 35.10m of 0.92% Li2O to the west of the Jackpot Pit, indicating a potential extension of this pit to the west. In addition, the areas to the north and south of both the Jackpot and Casino Royale pits are prospective to find additional stacked pegmatites as indicated by surface showings and soil sampling. The broader property contains additional known lithium-bearing pegmatites. Prospecting and sampling programs are aimed at identifying additional drill targets that could add further open pittable material in future.
