Rincon Resources has three highly prospective 100%-owned copper and gold projects in Western Australia.
The Company’s lead project is the South Telfer Copper-Gold Project, located only 12km from the world-class Telfer Gold Mine. The Project has been subject to historic drilling, with impressive results including 57.8m @ 2.05g/t Au from 17.4m and 20.6m @ 1.23% Cu from 87.6m. The Company has recently drilled 5,000m of RC drilling at the Hasties Prospect, with initial results including 25m @ 0.93% Cu and 3m @ 7.18g/t Au. Further drilling is planned for 2021.
At the Laverton Gold Project, located just 4km from the town of Laverton, aircore drilling in May produced highly gold encouraging results in the targeted BIF stratigraphy, along strike from the Gladiator Mining Centre.
The Company’s third project, the Kiwirrkurra Copper-Gold Project is an IOCG target project in the West Arunta region of Western Australia. This is frontier exploration ground, however recent discoveries by IGO Limited (ASX:IGO) and high-value farm-in joint ventures by Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) has highlighted the prospectivity of the region. The Company plans to commence fieldwork at the Pokali Prospect in early 2022.
Each project has been subject to historical exploration which has identified mineralised systems which Rincon intends on exploring in order to delineate copper and gold mineral resources.
Rincon is managed and supported by an experienced Board, with each of the five directors having at least 20 years’ experience in the resources sector. The company is well funded to deliver on its objectives presented in its prospectus.
