ATAC Resources is a well-financed Canadian exploration company focusing on exploring for gold and copper in Yukon, BC, and Nevada. The company is known for its discovery of Canada’s first Carlin-type gold at its Rackla Gold Property in Yukon and is well financed with over $9M in treasury.
2022 exploration will focus on expanding gold resources in Yukon, and discovery-stage copper-gold porphyry exploration in Yukon and BC. Diamond drilling at the Osiris deposit (1.7Moz at 4.23 g/t Au) on the Rackla Gold Property will step out on high grade intervals (including 26.70 m of 12.95 g/t Au) and work to build additional ounces.
Elsewhere in Yukon, a 5,000 m RC drill program will test two copper porphyry targets at the Connaught Property, where geophysics and geochemical sampling has identified co-incident anomalies. Work will also be conducted at the recently acquired PIL property in British Columbia, which hosts porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold-silver mineralization in the heart of the Toodoggone district.
