Miller Technology has been trading for 43 years with a core business supplying the mining sector with light duty vehicles (LDVs). Over 10 years ago the company entered into the development of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and is now seen as a word leader in this space. The Miller Relay is the flagship vehicle and was designed entirely inhouse. It is regarded as a game changing vehicle, in part due to its charging time of 18 minutes providing a 10 hour average mining shift. Miller Technology has been recognized by the ICMM (International Council on Mining and Metals) as a mining vehicle OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Miller Technology BEVs are in service with Alamos Gold, BHP and Glencore and its diesel vehicles are used by all the world's major mining companies. Based in North Bay, Ontario, the company has a subsidiary company in Australia and is currently seeking to expand its manufacturing and R&D functions into Australia.
