Established in 2010, Miners’ Promise is a specialised, trauma informed, crisis support agency. We are a registered charity providing practical, emotional and financial support to mining, energy and resources sector families and communities in times of crisis.

To provide compassionate care, guidance, essential liaison and advocacy, trauma-informed emotional support, grief counselling, practical assistance and financial support to mining, energy and resources families in times of crisis, trauma and loss.

Since 2010 Miners’ Promise has been standing with mining, energy and resource families during life’s most difficult times.

Through industry partnerships and individual programs we provide long-term, wrap-around support to families navigating bereavement and significant crisis events.

We are your confidential and trusted advisor providing personalised support through crisis and recovery.

Our Australia-wide service is independent, impartial and operates without judgement.

We’re not an insurer and not an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We are completely unique providing families with emotional, practical and financial support specifically tailored to the crisis being experienced.
