Ticket Inclusions

Expo Pass includes access to all 3 days of the exhibition, Global Opportunities conference and complimentary sessions within the Collaboration Arena. Please note that access to catering, delegate lounges, networking events, meeting platform and conferences are not included within this pass type.

Delegate, Investor and Media Passes provide full access to the conference and exhibition, catering and delegate networking functions on your chosen days as well as access to the app and meeting platform.

Mining Corporate Packages offer the highest level of access across the event, and includes assistance to arrange meetings, in addition to branding opportunities, a presentation speaking slot and exhibition booth.

Qualification Criteria

Investor Passes are reserved solely for investors whose primary job function, investing funds directly into the natural resources, energy or technology sectors. To be eligible for a complimentary investor pass you must hold no position of employment at a mining/energy company or a company that provides products or services to the industry.

Qualified buy-side categories include private equity, commodity traders, asset management, investment management, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital, private wealth manager, family office, mutual fund, pension fund, SOE, private investors and HNWI. Please note that representatives from financial advisories and corporate finance providers are not eligible as they are considered service-side.

Approved Investors are required to attend a minimum of 3 meetings with mining and energy companies.

Media Passes are strictly reserved for members of accredited media outlets – print, radio, TV, film, news agencies and online media. Only those responsible for producing, broadcasting, writing, recording or creating content will be qualified to receive a pass, such as an editor, journalist, producer, anchor etc.

Discount Eligibility

All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value.

Group Discounts: Bookings of 3+ delegates will receive a 10% discount off the current early bird rate, bookings of 6+ delegates will receive a 15% discount off the current early bird rate. To be eligible for the discount, all delegates must be booked at the same time
