Mr. Phillips previously held senior management and board positions in several public and multinational companies including Aristocrat, Allianz, Hoya Lens and Sequoia Financial Group and has additional board experience in the small cap resources sector. Mr. Phillips is also the CFO and Company Secretary of LPI.
