For Invent she is responsible for leadership and direction of the operations transformation, asset management and supply chain consulting capabilities. She brings together practical experience of transformation and road mapping with an established platform of thought leadership in the industry. With her clients, Emilie is focused on supporting their efforts to scale the impact of transformation and innovation, enable IT/OT convergence and bringing together the technology required to enable the transformation with the change management, operating model and practical transformation experience. She joined Invent in May 2022, prior to which she led Analyst Firm IDC’s mining sector practice globally focusing on providing best practice advice and technology thought leadership to industrial companies to help them drive industrial transformation and prioritise technology choices in the right way. Emilie is a Chemical Engineer and has worked through her career in the energy sector, telco sector and in the last 15 years as a leader in advisory and consulting.
