Lucy McClean is a passionate advocate and leader in the minerals industry. Lucy started in the minerals industry over 20 years ago and has had wide ranging experience across environment, community, and governance as well as extensive experience in industry advocacy, diversity and inclusion.
She currently holds the position of Director NSW, Victoria & Tasmania at AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) and an honorary role as Chair of WIMnet (Women in Mining NSW). Lucy received international recognition in 2022 as one of ‘100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ (WIM100) and in 2023 was named as Inclusion and Diversity Champion in the NSW Women in Mining Awards and then as state finalist won in the same category in the Women in Resources National Awards.
