Simon is a mining engineer with a broad range of expertise and experience in exploration, development, operations, mergers and acquisitions and government relations in the mining industry for over 30 years.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of South Australia (1988), First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency, Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently, Mr. Milroy serves as the Vice President Director of PT Bumi Suksesindo, President Commissioner of PT Merdeka Mining Servis and PT Pani Bersama Jaya and Commissioner of PT Batutua Tembaga Raya.
