Having lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and worked extensively across Asia, Stephen brings deep regional insight to his role. Prior to joining OTC Markets in 2024, he spent over 15 years with Bowne and RR Donnelley, guiding foreign companies through capital markets transactions, U.S. exchange listings and their related compliance requirements.
