Resourcing Tomorrow presents the Next-Generation Leaders Programme for Students, Graduates and Future Leaders, which is a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals, build your network, learn about a range of mining careers and engage in insightful industry discussions.

Our programme has a track record of success, having previously collaborated with esteemed institutions such as Imperial College, Camborne, and Dundee. This year, we are excited to expand our reach and welcome students from any Higher Education institution who have an interest in the mining industry and aspire to become future leaders in the field.

As Europe's largest mining event, our programme provides unparalleled access to over 250 thought leaders speaking within the conference programme, as well as the chance to connect with over 400 companies in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to network with mining c-suite executives, human resources managers, and key advocates for exploration, mining, sustainability, and engineering, to name a few.

Our programme is designed to inspire and empower the next generation of mining professionals to make their mark on these critical industries of the future.

Successful applications will receive a complimentary three-day pass, worth up to £2,499 and have access to the conference, exhibition, dialogue tables and daily networking functions. The pass is for students to discuss graduate opportunities and experiences with the mining & resources sector, watch the panel discussions on topics related to their area of interest or studies, as well as network with potential employers and make meaningful connections with industry.
