Carol has over 15 years technical and commercial experience, mainly gained in the resources sector. She has worked as a mine and research geologist in Australia, and also in technology development, financial evaluation and policy development. Carol currently teaches on the Metals and Energy Finance course at Imperial College in London. This course aims to provide graduates with the skills needed for careers in investment banking and corporate development in the mining industry.
Carol has a BSc and PhD in Mining Geology from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. She is particularly interested in raising awareness of the need for sustainable resource development and promoting diversity and inclusion in the mining industry.
