Prior to founding Global Venture, Emily led national mineral exploration and investment promotion programs in Afghanistan and Iraq for the United States Department of Defense, in partnership with local mining authorities. She also managed significant global financial networks and supply chain management programs throughout the Middle East and Africa with IBM’s Global Business Services.
