After completing his PhD in Hydrothermal Geochemistry at University of Leeds (UK) in 2002, James moved to Australia where he applied research to projects in materials characterisation, geo-sensing, and computational modelling.
After completing his PhD in Hydrothermal Geochemistry at University of Leeds (UK) in 2002, James moved to Australia where he applied research to projects in materials characterisation, geo-sensing, and computational modelling.
In 2014 he joined IMDEX as a Product Manager looking after the development of geoscience technologies for the drill rig and core yard, as well as an active protagonist of the ioGAS team and bringing software and hardware together. James moved back to the UK in mid-2019 to take a more customer facing role ranging from sales, to education, but always passionate about providing the right solutions to the challenges in exploration and mining data collection and decision making.
