He has deep experience delivering performance improvements in the mining industry. Keith has over 40 years of consulting and line management experience.
· Directed multiple emissions strategy engagements for major global mining houses, ranging from strategy and roadmap development to PMO leadership of emissions reduction implementation with the associated changes in governance processes, to business case and PFS stage project cases for major renewable energy projects
· Directed multiple capital project engagements, ranging from business case optimization and value enhancement to engineering and construction productivity improvements, to operational readiness and project commissioning

o Global gold miner: Directed development of decarbonization roadmap across 12 global assets. Identified and developed execution plans to deliver savings of 1 million tonnes CO2, moving to support investment committee and board approval for funding
o Global copper miner: Developed abatement cost curves for mining and smelting assets for this global leader. Identified options to deliver NPV positive abatement projects that exceeded carbon reduction targets
o Global base metal miner: Developed options for battery electric vehicle deployment for a major new underground mine. Resized ventilation and mapped out associated infrastructure for the transition away from traditional mobile fleet
