Sandstone has a long gold mining history, already producing over 1.3Moz gold and there is no better place to find gold than in a tier-one jurisdiction that hosts several major producing multi-million-ounce mines but still has vast untapped potential.
AME has established a 832,000oz open pit gold resource within optimised pit-shells at the Sandstone project, which is still growing with shallow gold mineralisation remaining open at depth and along strike with extensive high-grade gold intersected outside the current resource.
The project is surrounded by major operations like Goldfields’ 10 Moz Agnew, Ramelius Resources’ 6Moz Mt Magnet and Westgold Resources’ Big Bell.
