Prior to founding JP Equity Partners in 2018, Jason was a Director at a similar firm, where he spent 5 years servicing a range of high net worth and institutional investors.
Jason specialises in bringing companies and/or projects to market and providing capital raising solutions for them. He is experienced in corporate advisory, trading securities and sophisticated investor placements and has a comprehensive network and strong relationships in Australia and overseas.
Jason has led many companies through successful IPO’s, capital raising and corporate transactions. He prides himself on developing long term relationships with clients and working closely with boards and senior management throughout their company’s growth, as a result he is able to realise ultimate value for all clients.
Jason has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia, he is RG146 compliant, ADA1 compliant and has completed the AICD Company Directors Course.
