Currently mainly focused on an acquisition of a specialist aluminum rolling mill.  My role is to advise the buyers (a consortiums between an industrial group and a commodity trader) and given that the consortium is providing interim financing, I am acting as Interim CFO and assist the plant manager to run the plant in the pre-acquisition period 

Over the past few years (more details can be provided) I successfully had the following mandates some of which are still ongoing: 

• Structured credit funds to help them to manage their commodity exposures. Sourcing new exposure in the stress and distressed space;
• Base Metal Commodity Traders focusing on structuring long term commodity supply agreement and related funding needs (off-take agreements, marketing arrangements and equity participations in exchange of supply agreements);
• Restructuring trade finance facilities, working capital management and in general providing supports to establish new bank facilities.
