Mr. Andrew R. T. Ballingal founded Ballingal Investment Advisors Ltd in 2002 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Fund Manager. Mr. Ballingal served in Asia Pacific investment for over 20 years for companies including NatWest, Barclays Capital PLC/BZW, Sloane Robinson LLP, Schroders plc, TAL and Ruffer in Hong Kong and as Chief Economist at HSBC. Along with an extensive Asia Pacific investment experience, Mr. Ballingal held significant involvement over two decades as an advisor, investor and partner in hedge and absolute return investment funds. He serves as an Independent Non Executive Director of Euromoney Institutional Investor (Jersey) Ltd. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC since December 22, 2012 and its Member of Asia Pacific Advisory Board since 2008. Mr. Ballingal is an Oxford graduate.
