A CPA Fellow, I bring the technical expertise required from a CFO, married with an MBA and qualification as a Chartered Company Secretary to ensure a complete executive skill set that deeply understands how to balance risk and return. Experienced across the business lifecycle (including start-up to mature entities) and in end-to-end financial management, M&A and capital markets, I provide expertise across corporate governance, control, growth and company structuring. Skilled in creating and perpetuating fresh visions for my teams, I create high performance, customer-centred functions that provide true business partner support and technical expertise, uplifting organisation-wide capabilities in financial management. Hands-on in my approach, I am comfortable working with stakeholders from the Board room to the field, identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure targets are met. 

Centering a strategic focus on ‘what a business does’ and being selective about capital placement has allowed me to earn my stripes as a CFO. From major transformations to restructures, I have strengthened and future-proofed business performance, in turn creating and strengthening global leaders in the face of changing and disrupting markets. Combining instinctive commerciality and corporate finance expertise, I have led activities that concentrate core capabilities and maximise profitability, enabling multi-national organisations to flourish.
