Louis Maréchal is a key figure at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
He joined the Centre for Responsible Business Conduct in September 2014 and currently serves as the Sector Lead for Minerals and Extractives. His work primarily focuses on implementing the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
Before joining the OECD, Maréchal worked with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs on transparency and governance in the mining sector, as well as the security of supply of strategic metals. He also has experience in strategic consultancy, particularly in the defense and extractives industries.
