Dennis Gibson brings over 40 years of global mining expertise, having held senior executive roles at Rand Mines in South Africa, Global Miner Rio Tinto, and Black & Veatch, a premier engineering and construction firm.

Dennis Gibson is a seasoned mining executive, thought leader, and advisor to governments, publicly listed companies, and private enterprises across the global minerals sector. He brings over 45 years of international mining experience to the CMA USA, including 20 years in senior management with global miner Rio Tinto, where he held diverse operational and strategic leadership roles across Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

He is the former Chief Technical Officer — Mining at Black & Veatch, a leading global engineering, consulting, and construction firm, where he assisted the team in global mining pursuits with a strong emphasis on technology, infrastructure, sustainability and water and tailings management.

He is currently the President of Snowline Group, where he provides strategic market entry advice to clients, leveraging his vast industry knowledge and networks.  Dennis holds a BSc and MSc in civil engineering from Natal University in South Africa and an executive MBA from Henley Management College in the UK.
