Khalid AlSuhaim is Chief Digital Transformation Officer at ESNAD (Saudi Mining Services Company), the executive and operational arm of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. He leads ESNAD's end-to-end digital, technology, data and AI strategy, driving enterprise-wide transformation through innovative digital products, platforms and services. 

His remit spans the full mining investment lifecycle, from investor attraction and licensing to technical and field compliance, inspection, financial management and sustainability.

With more than 22 years in digital transformation, technology and strategy, Khalid has led transformation and growth across government and the private sector. He was previously Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer at Tatweer Educational Technologies (TETCO) and Managing Director of Government Excellence at the Digital Government Authority, following earlier roles at Dell Technologies , HPE and Cisco Systems. He also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Nomination & Remuneration Committee Chair at NourNet.

Khalid holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a BSc in Computer Science from King Saud University.
