Ms. Tsolmon Adiya is a professional geologist with over 17 years of experience in mineral resource estimation, mine geology, and resource governance.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) and a Master’s degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Utah, USA.
She has held senior technical and leadership roles with Energy Resources LLC, Darkhan Metallurgical Plant, MNREC LLC, and the Halzan Buregtei Development Fund, and previously served as a Senior Mining Specialist at the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Tsolmon has played a key role in validating and certifying major mineral resource estimates to attract international investment, advising governments on mining governance and policy, and contributing to resource-based development strategies across Eastern Africa, the Western Balkans, Mongolia, and Central Asia. She is also actively engaged in advancing global efforts toward a sustainable transition from coal to critical minerals development.
